◆ Learn like a baby

How did you learn Chinese when you were small? Studying books? Grammar? Dictionaries? NO!! Of course not. We learned by "immersion." Find an environment to speak more English. Get an English partner and don't use any Chinese. You could also join an intensive English program, either in China or an English speaking country. You will be forced to listen and study English all day every day, not to mention you'll get to see another country!

◆ 1 to 1 teacher

The best way to improve your English quickly is finding a 1 to 1 teacher. When I did this, my Chinese improved much faster because the teacher could help me with the Chinese problems that were specific to ME. It's not a free way to study, but learning a language is a great investment in yourself as it can give you many new job opportunities, travel opportunities, and you will make many great friends in the process.
