冶金工程概論課程是從事冶金行業(yè)和金屬材料的一門專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課,它是在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)無機(jī)化學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地介紹了鋼鐵和主要有色金屬(銅,鋁等)提取冶金過程的基本原理,工藝特點和基本工藝流程。通過學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生對冶金(包括火法,濕法和電冶金)生產(chǎn)過程有一個全面而概括的了解,初步掌握冶金的基本知識,為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)冶金學(xué)理論、機(jī)加工生產(chǎn)工藝和金屬材料理論打下必要的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。除此之外,本課程還簡要介紹了金屬的分類,主要金屬的性質(zhì),用途,資源狀況,生產(chǎn)方法,近年來的世界產(chǎn)量和價格,以及發(fā)展我國冶金工業(yè)的基本國情等方面的內(nèi)容。本課程旨在介紹冶金工業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的地位,冶金工業(yè)的原料,冶金過程和方法,冶金工程設(shè)計和新技術(shù)。使學(xué)生了解冶金工業(yè)概況和冶金技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,為材料開發(fā)提供新的思路。要求學(xué)生認(rèn)識冶金工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。了解冶金工程的主要研究內(nèi)容是從金屬礦石中提取有價元素加工成純金屬和金屬化合物的原理和工藝,涉及過程自動控制,工程設(shè)計,新材料制備等領(lǐng)域。 


1、 Course nature, purpose and task introduction to metallurgical engineering is a professional basic course engaged in metallurgical industry and metal materials. It systematically introduces the basic principles, process characteristics and basic process flow of the extraction metallurgical process of iron and steel and main non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, etc.) on the basis of students' learning inorganic chemistry. Through learning, students will have a comprehensive and general understanding of the production process of metallurgy (including pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy and electrometallurgy), preliminarily master the basic knowledge of metallurgy, and lay a necessary professional foundation for further learning the theory of metallurgy, machining production technology and metal materials. In addition, this course also briefly introduces the classification of metals, main metal properties, uses, resource status, production methods, world output and prices in recent years, as well as the basic national conditions for the development of China's metallurgical industry. This course aims to introduce the status of metallurgical industry in the national economy, raw materials, metallurgical processes and methods, metallurgical engineering design and new technology. Make students understand the general situation of metallurgical industry and the progress of metallurgical technology, and provide new ideas for material development. Students are required to understand that metallurgical industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. Understand the main research content of metallurgical engineering is the principle and process of extracting valuable elements from metal ores and processing them into pure metals and metal compounds, involving the fields of process automatic control, engineering design, new material preparation and so on. 2、 Basic teaching requirements this course introduces the principles, processes and equipment of ironmaking, steelmaking, copper metallurgy and aluminum metallurgy, focusing on ironmaking and steelmaking. After completing this course, you should meet the following basic requirements: 1. Understand metals and their classification methods, metal output and price, and the status and role of metallurgical industry in the national economy; The concept of ore, deposit and mineral and the distribution of metal elements in the earth's crust; Master metallurgy and metallurgical methods, metallurgical process flow and metallurgical process; Basic tasks, process indexes and beneficiation methods of beneficiation. 2. Understand the basic knowledge of blast furnace ironmaking, auxiliary equipment of blast furnace and the development direction of blast furnace production. Master the raw materials and requirements for blast furnace smelting, the general law of carbon thermal reduction of iron oxides in blast furnace smelting, the reaction in blast furnace smelting, blast furnace structure and the main technical and economic indicators of blast furnace production. 3. Understand electric arc furnace steelmaking and flat furnace steelmaking; Master the basic principle of steelmaking, oxygen converter steelmaking method. 4. Understand the basic properties and smelting methods of copper, bath smelting and matte blowing; Focus on mastering the principle and method of matte smelting and crude copper refining 5. Understand the properties, uses, raw materials and aluminum smelting methods of aluminum; Master alumina production by Bayer process, alumina production by alkali lime sintering process, alumina production by combined process and electrolytic aluminum production. 3、 Teaching contents and requirements 1.
