內容簡介
無機非金屬材料工藝學是材料科學與工程學科的一門專業(yè)基礎課,主要講述無機材料的科學基礎和這一領域的最新發(fā)展,內容分為兩大部分,十八個章節(jié),包括基礎理論部分和應用部分。基礎理論部分側重介紹與陶瓷制備及性能相關的理論,如晶體化學基本原理、晶體結構缺陷、陶瓷顯微結構、表面與界面、擴散、固相反應以及燒結理論。應用部分主要介紹新型陶瓷的特點、發(fā)展及應用。如工程陶瓷、電子陶瓷、超導陶瓷、敏感陶瓷、生物醫(yī)學陶瓷、光功能陶瓷、磁性陶瓷及陶瓷涂層等。課程在內容取材上力求即能反映本學科的現(xiàn)代水平,又能適合作為專業(yè)基礎課教學的要求。本課程的目的是使本專業(yè)的學生掌握無機非金屬材料制備、結構、性能和應用之間的關系,了解當今新型陶瓷材料的發(fā)展方向,為今后開發(fā)新型材料和從事復雜的技術研發(fā)工作打下堅實的基礎。本課程以課堂講授為主,多媒體輔助教學,并有與此相關的材料實驗。
This is a major fundamental course in Materials Science andEngineering with specialization towards ceramics with four credits.This course is for undergraduates to learn about the ceramics processing fundamentals and an introductory overview of modern ceramics with particular emphasis on inter-relating structure, property and applications. It relates two parts (basic theory and practical applications) with 18 chapters. The first part focuses on the preparation and properties of ceramics, such as crystal chemistry, crystal defects, ceramics processing and microstructures, surface and interface, diffusion, solid state reactions, and sintering. The second part refers to the characteristics, development, and applications, including electronic ceramics, superconductor ceramics, sensor ceramics, bio-ceramics, engineering ceramics. This course is designed to introduce third year undergraduate students to the basics of the traditional and modern ceramic materials; raw materials preparation and applications: to give a broad coverage of advanced ceramic materials, processing and properties.
