內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介

無機(jī)非金屬材料工藝學(xué)是材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科的一門專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課,主要講述無機(jī)材料的科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和這一領(lǐng)域的最新發(fā)展,內(nèi)容分為兩大部分,十八個(gè)章節(jié),包括基礎(chǔ)理論部分和應(yīng)用部分。基礎(chǔ)理論部分側(cè)重介紹與陶瓷制備及性能相關(guān)的理論,如晶體化學(xué)基本原理、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷、陶瓷顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、表面與界面、擴(kuò)散、固相反應(yīng)以及燒結(jié)理論。應(yīng)用部分主要介紹新型陶瓷的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展及應(yīng)用。如工程陶瓷、電子陶瓷、超導(dǎo)陶瓷、敏感陶瓷、生物醫(yī)學(xué)陶瓷、光功能陶瓷、磁性陶瓷及陶瓷涂層等。課程在內(nèi)容取材上力求即能反映本學(xué)科的現(xiàn)代水平,又能適合作為專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)的要求。本課程的目的是使本專業(yè)的學(xué)生掌握無機(jī)非金屬材料制備、結(jié)構(gòu)、性能和應(yīng)用之間的關(guān)系,了解當(dāng)今新型陶瓷材料的發(fā)展方向,為今后開發(fā)新型材料和從事復(fù)雜的技術(shù)研發(fā)工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本課程以課堂講授為主,多媒體輔助教學(xué),并有與此相關(guān)的材料實(shí)驗(yàn)。

    This is a major fundamental course in Materials Science andEngineering with specialization towards ceramics with four credits.This course is for undergraduates to learn about the ceramics processing fundamentals and an introductory overview of modern ceramics with particular emphasis on inter-relating structure, property and applications. It relates two parts (basic theory and practical applications) with 18 chapters. The first part focuses on the preparation and properties of ceramics, such as crystal chemistry, crystal defects, ceramics processing and microstructures, surface and interface, diffusion, solid state reactions, and sintering. The second part refers to the characteristics, development, and applications, including electronic ceramics, superconductor ceramics, sensor ceramics, bio-ceramics, engineering ceramics. This course is designed to introduce third year undergraduate students to the basics of the traditional and modern ceramic materials; raw materials preparation and applications: to give a broad coverage of advanced ceramic materials, processing and properties.
